Royal Mail deliver our Orchids. Therefore, when ordering please bear in mind that Orchids cannot be delivered on Bank Holidays, or Sundays. Royal Mail charge £10.25 for Saturday delivery! Unfortunately we would have to pass this cost onto our customers, so we do not offer this service.
For specific date delivery, Royal Mail special delivery prices apply, currently £5.00, please note when ordering.
If your choice of orchid is not available, we will choose the nearest colour match, according to grower's availibility.
STANDARD DELIVERY orders are dispatched Mon-Wed (excluding bank holiday's), and can take up to 2-3 days to be delivered.
It is CRUCIAL that you provide an accurate,full address with postcode to ensure safe delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for any orders with missing or incorrect address information. Remember to put recipients name WITH the address.
PLEASE DONT WORRY if your PayPal receipt shows the billing address as the delivery address. Our copy will show the address given on the order page, THIS IS THE DELIVERY ADDRESS.
All orchid plants leave our premises in excellent condition with blooms and buds, securely packaged in a strong cardboard box, clearly marked 'FRAGILE - LIVE PLANT'. We use Royal Mail and we are not responsible for any late or lost orchids and do not offer refunds. We send Orchids out in good faith and if Royal Mail lose, does not deliver or damages plants we do not accept any liability. The customer buys at their own risk and if they wish to have more of a guarantee of delivery they are advised to pay extra postage for Royal Mail Special Delivery service. If this service is chosen we also do not accept any liability for Orchids not being delivered.
Immediately upon delivery, please remove plant from box and clear sleeve, remove thick bamboo cane and follow care instructions.
